Led by experienced registered nurses under medical director oversight, we offer both GLP-1 therapies (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Liraglutide) and non-GLP peptide protocols designed to enhance metabolism, support hormone balance, and promote sustainable results.

Important Medical Exam & Lab Requirements

Certain services require a medical evaluation with a licensed provider in accordance with Arizona regulations. Medical exams are completed by a licensed MD, NP, or PA via telehealth or in person.

  • GLP-1 / Medical Weight Loss Exam Fee — $150

Laboratory testing is required for GLP-1 and medical weight loss programs.

  • Lab orders can be sent to Sonora Quest and billed to insurance when applicable.

  • Affordable lab options are available for cash-paying clients.

  • Adriana, RN mobile lab draw— $70.

  • Labs completed within the past 3 months may be accepted with provider approval.

GLP-1 & GIP Peptide Weight Loss

Our most popular medical weight loss option uses clinically proven GLP-1 and dual GIP/GLP-1 peptides to regulate appetite, improve blood sugar control, and accelerate fat loss — while protecting lean muscle.

Each plan includes your medication, supplies, nurse consultation, ongoing monitoring, and lifestyle coaching.

Non-GLP Peptide Weight Management

For those who prefer a non-GLP approach or can’t tolerate GLP-1s, we offer a science-backed peptide and nutraceutical protocol that supports metabolism and hormone optimization:
