Laboratory Testing Requirements

Lab orders can be sent to Sonora Quest Laboratories and billed to insurance when applicable.

Option 3 — Mobile Lab Draw

Adriana, RN can perform a mobile lab draw for $70 during a concierge visit.

Labs completed within the past 3 months may be accepted with provider approval.
